Shipping Policy

Please make sure you fill out your shipping address correctly as we are unable to refund any shipping costs. If your package has been sent out and then returned to us (due to reasons such as multiple attempted deliveries, incorrect address, etc.), you must pay for the shipping costs to have it sent again. 

Handling times

We are a small team of two so please be mindful of our policies and fulfillment times. All orders ship from California, USA. We will do our best to ship items as soon as possible, but allow for up to 2 weeks for us to ship out your order. During the holidays, please allow one extra week for your order.

Shipping times

All orders are by default shipped with a tracking number via USPS. 

These are the estimated shipping times by shipping option, see USPS website for more info:

  • Ground advantage: 2-5 days
  • Priority mail: 2-3 days
  • Priority mail express: 1-3 day guarantee by 6pm

Cancellation

For physical products (not digital products), you may cancel your order for a full refund 

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

As a small business, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that were sent and received in the condition that was promised according to your order receipt. However, if an error was made on our end or there is some other issue with the product, please contact us!

Lost/Misplaced/Damaged Orders

Unfortunately we have no control over any parcels once they have been fulfilled and dropped off at the postal service. We are not responsible for any missing or lost parcels delivered through USPS and therefore cannot offer to replace nor refund your order in these events. Please first contact USPS or your local post office about missing/delayed delivery. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we are happy to try our best to look into the matter for you and file a claim. 

International Orders

For orders outside of the US, please order through our etsy shop.

Sustainability

We strive to make our packaging plastic-free and as eco-friendly as possible, and we're constantly hoping to improve sustainability-wise. We might reuse materials for packaging or use less packaging in an effort to reduce waste. In general, please try to reuse any packaging materials if possible, otherwise try to recycle them rather than compost when possible, and make sure to do your research on what is accepted for compost/recycling by your local facilities! Most of our packaging is from ecoenclose, learn more here: ecoenclose.com/wecare
